One of Portland’s most competitive reservations must be at Aaron Adams’ Farm Spirit, the city’s first plant-based prix fixe restaurant. Adams calls his food “horticultural cuisine of Cascadia,” and his dishes set new standards for plant-based fine dining. With wine pairings by Chehalem Winery and kombucha pairings by Happy Mountain Kombucha, the flavor combinations will truly reach new heights.
