The Neighborhood Housing and Care Program (NHCP) is a program of Our House that offers permanent housing plus supportive services for people living with HIV/AIDS.
Our House
Our House, located in Portland, Oregon, is a 24-hour residential care facility for people living with HIV/AIDS. Our House is the only facility of its kind in Oregon and SW Washington.
Swan House
Swan House is a large 6-bedroom home located in a residential neighborhood of Milwaukie, Oregon, serving 5 low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS.
Tod’s Corner
Tod's Corner provides free clothing, household goods, pet food, and much more for low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS.
