Our House
For 20 years Our House has provided facility-based, 24-hour nursing care to people in the advanced stages of HIV / AIDS. Our house has created an entire network of HIV / AIDS health and housing services: Our House (24-hour nursing care), Swan House (adult foster care) and NHCP (in-home assistance).
