The Neighborhood Housing and Care Program (NHCP) provides permanent housing plus supportive services for low-income people living with HIV/AIDS.
Our House
Our House, located in Portland, Oregon, is a 24-hour residential care facility for people living with HIV/AIDS. Our House is the only facility of its kind in Oregon and SW Washington.
Swan House
Swan House is a large 6-bedroom home located in a residential neighborhood of Milwaukie, Oregon, serving 5 low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS.
Tod’s Corner
Tod's Corner is moving! Effective Monday, February 6, we will be located at 10202 SE 32nd Ave. Suite 502, in Milwaukie.
Tod's Corner provides free clothing, household goods, pet food, and much more for low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS.
