Employment at Our House

 

In addition to our administrative and program staff, we have a team of highly skilled nurses who deliver high-quality nursing care to people coping with HIV. This team consists of Registered Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistants and Certified Medication Aides.

 

Our Nursing Team and Social Workers assist residents, their families, partners, and friends as they face daily challenges. We work within a client-centered framework that incorporates interdisciplinary care.

 

Nursing Staff Requirements

 

• Willingness (and/or experience) to work with and demonstrated sensitivity toward people coping with HIV

• Excellent communication skills to work with emotionally and psychologically fragile adults

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment

• Strong med-surg/skilled care background is preferred for RNs
